Changes of CommandFlotilla 11 members attended the changes of command at Coast Guard Station Bellingham on May 21 and aboard USCGC Sea Lion on July 9.

The flotilla said farewell to Steve Bell (24 years) and Hoyt Hatfield (25 years) with a BBQ on July 16 celebrating their service.
Change Of WatchFlotilla 11 held its annual Change of Watch at Station Bellingham on January 17, installing Leslie Parks as Flotilla Commander for 2026.
September Flotilla MeetingEthan Weller of the Washington State Emergency Management Division presented “Tsunami Hazards and Risks: Bellingham” to the flotilla.
October Flotilla MeetingMegan Bugaj, Bellingham’s Aquatic Invasive Species Program Coordinator, spoke at the October meeting, which was preceded by a semi-annual PPE check and included member awards.
Flotilla MeetingsThe flotilla’s February, March and April meetings included talks on invasive European green crabs and on radios, emergency devices and e-charts, plus staff reports, swearing-in and awards.
Change of WatchFlotilla 11 held its Change of Watch on January 4, 2025 at the Squalicum Yacht Club, recognizing 2024 officers, swearing in 2025 officers, and presenting Manny Eusebio the Bill Daniel Flotilla Award.

USCGC EagleLyle Schrag served as Auxiliary Chaplain aboard the USCG Cutter Eagle in May and June 2024 during the first phase of the cadet training cruise to the Caribbean.
USCG SLEP ProgramFlotilla members toured the Birdon facility in Bellingham where the Coast Guard's 47-foot Motor Life Boats undergo the Service Life Extension Program overhaul.
