Beyond the three PATON verifications noted in the Spring edition, another Flotilla Aid Verifier completed a dozen PATON assignments in north Whatcom County — one of which was found discrepant. Another member reported a discrepant PATON (Class II) that was not appearing as listed in the Coast Guard Light List — not part of our regular assignments. We also forwarded a photo of a discrepant ATON on behalf of another Auxiliary unit (Point White Light, Rich Passage).
